He can also connect you with home inspectors, repairmen and contractors, which is very useful in all situations, but particularly if you are new to the market. Erik coordinated - from beginning to end - an HVAC replacement in a condo unit I purchased with him to be used as a rental. I needed such help as, with my demanding day job, I simply don’t always have the time to deal with logistics like this.
